Application Fee

A non-refundable application fee is required upon acceptance of an offer.

Seat Reservation Fee

Families enrolling in early years may be charged a seat reservation fee. This is credited toward tuition but may be non-refundable if a student withdraws before term start.

Enrolment / Capital Levy

Families enrolling children from Year 1 onwards may pay a non-refundable enrolment fee. Some schools also offer a per-term capital levy alternative.

Term Billing Pattern

Fees are commonly invoiced per term: Term 1: 40% Term 2: 30% Term 3: 30%

Additional Fees

Uniforms, school trips, residential camps, clubs, and enrichment programmes are charged separately.

Sibling Discounts

Many schools apply second-child discounts on enrolment or tuition and larger discounts for third and subsequent siblings.

Transportation

Schools may provide shuttle or door-to-door services based on residential zones. Pricing and routes are invoiced separately each term.

Refund Policy

Application, seat reservation, and enrolment fees are typically non-refundable. Tuition fees are generally non-refundable once a student has started a term.

Payment Options

Bank transfer, credit card, and approved payment portals may be supported. Invoices are usually issued before term ends and settled before the next term begins.
